The general goal of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is to increase psychological flexibility.

Psychological flexibility is established through six core ACT processes.

The zoom information is NOT to be shared and the consequence for doing so will be that your access will be revoked.

If you are unable to log onto your virtual session within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, you must reach out to admin via phone 902.797.1414 to help troubleshoot. Failing to do so, and simply missing your appointment without reaching out to troubleshoot will result in a missed appointment. 

If you need to cancel your ACT CORE session, we require 2 business days notice. Should you need to miss more than 2 ACT CORE sessions without notifying admin within 2 business days, you will no longer be able to participate in the program.
